1.Feeding Part

• Upper paper feeding

1. The device use the European technology strong suction head,equipped four sets of forwarding suckers and two sets of up and down suckers,to ensure the feeding more smooth and stable.
2. When the sheet is fed, the dancing roller will rise up and transfer it into conveying and pressing unit. Lift/off paperboard using cylinder pushing,action quick and effort save.
3. The dancing roller structure gives more feeding preparation time and makes the operation more easier compared with ordinary feeding structure.

• Bottom paper(board) feeding

1. Cardboard size adjustment using screw adjustment mechanism. One person operation. Simple and convenient.
2. Convenient adjustable code desk. Better to adapt to all kinds of cardboard. And the paper feed is stable and accurate.
3. Feeding belt adopts high quality rubber seamless belt. Friction is large. long life. Low noise, easy maintenance.

2.Gluing Part

1. High-precision coating with paper traversers to prevent paper from getting involved in the rubber wheel.

3.Location compensation Part
