The production line consists of a flute laminating machine and a fully automatic pile turning machine. The high speed flute laminating machine is suitable for the stick of paper and corrugated board. The motion control system is perfectly integrated with the servo correction system. Using the relative position of multiple sets of photoelectric induction paper, the servo motor on both sides of the control paper is independently compensated, and the position of the bottom paper is tracked by the paper. This fully automatic turning and stacking machine is an accessory paper product machine, which comprises a slow dilivery table, a stack of paper table, a turning talbe and a delivery table, which are sequentially connected, where in the slow feeding table and the paper feeding unit are after the paper is stacked into a stack of paper and fed into turning table. The paper stack is turned over once and then turned to the top of the turning table by the belt turning mechanism in the turning table. And then fed by the belt conveying mechanism. After the paper separation mechanism enters the top of the receiving table. Thereby achieving full automatic paper counting, paper turning and paper stacking. Paper and greatly reduce the need for manpower and effectively improve the effciency of delivery. Reduce the manual delivery intensity.

The new flip-receiver adopts a newly designed delivery bin, which completely solves the indentation caused by the collision of paper and metal in the production process of the old flip type delivery machine.

A new belt conveying mechanism was added to replace the old paper feeding mechanism, which solved the crease caused by the paepr being overweght and pushing the paper.
